Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are binding for all users ("User") who use the services provided via With City Locals (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, each User declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
1. Parties and Scope of Service: The Platform provides an intermediary service that connects travelers with local residents. The Platform does not create a direct contract or obligation between Users; it only facilitates communication and bookings. All content and services offered on the Platform are the responsibility of the respective Users.
2. Membership and Account: Users must be at least 18 years old to register. Users guarantee that the information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. Users are responsible for all activities carried out through their accounts.
3. User Obligations: Users may use the Platform only for lawful and legitimate purposes. The following actions are prohibited: sharing misleading, false, or unlawful content; infringing the rights of others; attempting to damage or disrupt the Platform; engaging in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior. Users are responsible for their own safety when interacting with others.
4. Fees and Payments: Payments on the Platform may only be made through payment providers that the licensed application has contracted with. Withcitylocals processes payments through Google Play or Apple Store. The Platform reserves the right to take commissions on payments. All payments are processed through secure infrastructures. Subscription fees are set at 50 USD per month and 300 USD per year. You will be notified of any changes to these amounts. Subscriptions purchased by users will automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the 1-month period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. You may cancel your subscriptions at any time from your Apple ID account or Google Play account. Upon subscription cancellation, the service will be terminated at the end of the subscription period.
5. Platform Liability: The Platform is not responsible for content uploaded by Users. While the Platform takes measures to ensure system security and continuity, it does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform is not a party to disputes that may arise between Users.
6. Termination and Account Closure: Users may close their accounts at any time. The Platform may suspend or terminate a User's account in case of a violation of these Terms.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of disputes, the Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
